Following this first taste of consulting, Tony joined PwC, where he was twice seconded to Novartis in Switzerland, first as Financial Controller of Development (the "D" in R&D) and then, following the resignation of its CFO, Controller of Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Finance member of the Pharma Executive Committee.

 

In Management Consulting, he led and built Finance Transformation and Enterprise Performance Management practices, delivering process, organisation, systems, transformation and change programmes. His clients included corporates such as GSK, Novartis, Pfizer, Siemens, Barclays, BAT, Unilever, Xerox, Tomkins and Michelin and public sector organisations such as Birmingham City Council and Ireland's An Post. Most recently, Tony was Group Managing Director of Selecture, an Executive Search firm specialising in consulting and transformation professionals, with whom he still collaborates regularly.

 

Throughout his career, Tony maintained his networks of former colleagues and client contacts throughout Industry and Professional Services, having worked in most EU countries, Switzerland, Russia, Nigeria, Israel and USA.

 

After 25 years in Finance, Corporate Transformation and Consulting, Tony is well placed to search for talented senior strategy and transformation candidates, and to prepare them thoroughly for their pending executive recruitment process.
