The internet and, perhaps, your inbox, is awash with CVs. The internet makes job applications and advert responses so easy and immediate that, in addition to active job seekers, passive candidates can serendipitously apply for roles at the click of a mouse.

 

One side-effect of this is that recruiters apply ever-more filters and algorithms to funnel candidates, which can rule out, a priori, much of the richness and diversity so critical to a successful organisation in the 2020s.

The solution to this plethora of supply-side choice certainly involves good data and analysis but it also crucially involves judgement, founded on experience.

 

RightStep does not overwhelm you with candidates, hoping one will hit the mark. We only propose shortlists of candidates who, in our experience, we would have gladly brought on board in our own consulting and transformation teams, as our staff, our peers or our leaders.
